What is the difference Szechuan, Mongolian, and Hunan?Szechuan consists of celeries, zucchinis, and carrots sliced thinly in a spicy brown sauce. Mongolian consists of white onions and green onions in a '[pepperish' brown sauce. Hunan consists of a mixture of vegetables (broccoli, bellpeppers, zucchinis, carrots, etc) in a spicy brown sauce.
